Why It's Interesting
There are two labyrinths. One inside and one outside the cathedral. To walk a labyrinth, start with an open heart and an open mind. Allow yourself to find the pace your body wants to go and become aware of your breathing. If you meet somebody on a path, do what feels natural to allow them to pass. When you reach the center, stay as long as you like. When you are ready to leave, follow the same path back.
