Location: This 'hidden gem' is in the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, DC (see Clue Me! beta map ). The gem points out a detail that many people glance at when visiting the Jefferson Memorial. It's a very short excerpt from the Declaration of Independence, easy to skim and move on. But, think about it for a minute, and focus on that last few lines. It might give you chills as you realize what each person was willing to sacrifice for the betterment of all Americans.
